We had a superior suite with three single beds and the room was huge. There was even a seating area. For the first time during our stay in South Korea we had reading lamps by the bed. The buffet for dinner wasn't exactly cheap, but it was worth. Wide selection and extremely helpful staff. One of us has an egg allergy and the staff was very helpful in selecting appropriate meals. Free shuttle bus to the airport. And a great view of the runway from the window, the departing planes didn't disturb us.

Perfect airport accommodation when transferring through Incheon Airport. Great service, facilities and well appointed rooms. Easy shuttle transfer from the airport, either hotel or airport shuttle. If arriving after 22:00, use the airport shuttle from level 1F and bus stop 2A, 3B. Alight at long term parking C and hotel is right across the road. 10mins trip.

Booking.com needs to improve it's directions. If there is a shuttle, there needs to be a way of contacting for a pick-up upon arrival. International flights are often delayed. Also from Terminal 1, one can take the airport shuttle (3rd floor) to terminal 2. and then take the parking lot shuttle (1st floor) to parking lot C. Maybe the hotel arrives at the 3rd floor, but the information desk didn't know this.

The best thing was the kindness and helpfulness of the reception staff (thank you for all the help Jack!) and everything else was amazing too - the view to the airport, the cleanliness and comfort of the room, the convenience store located inside the hotel building, the free airport shuttle bus stopping very close to the hotel, the bathroom amenities, etc. While the airport is near, the noise of the airplanes isn't too bad, it is not loud at all

This hotel is located near Terminal 2 at Incheon International Airport Shuttle buses are available from Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. You will need the shuttle bus services it is not possible to walk to the hotel from Terminal 2, although it is about 1.5 km away. The staff is very service-minded and helpful. The room had a great bed and very well-working internet. It is best to not include breakfast in the price of the room, cheaper to pay at the restaurant. The restaurant can provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style seems expensive but a lot of food is included in that price. I believe it is well worth the price and tasted very good. Airport hotels are usually expensive and no exception here but it does deliver the needed service.

Great hotel to stay at if you have an early morning flight out! Free shuttle to both Terminal 1 and 2. For us, the traffic in Seoul during the festive season was horrendous so staying here was perfect for an earlier morning flight out as our terminal was only 10 min away. Staff were super friendly, the lady at check-in had a "Trainee" badge but she was efficient, detailed and very helpful. We were in suites facing the planes so there is plane noise but once we fell asleep, didn't really bother us. Rooms are clean, everything functional.

Easy access to terminal 2 ( 5 minutes) and a bit longer to 1. Big rooms, great bathrooms, comfortable beds. All clean and tidy. You can access streaming services on TV. We missed dinner as arrived late, and breakfast as we left early, but the convenience store was very well stocked for snacks and drinks. Shuttle bus exactly on time, running hourly from 5am I think.

The hotel was perfect for our needs - we wanted to break up the LONG trip from London to Australia. So we had a one night stopover. The staff were very friendly and offered great service. The room was a good size, nice shower - with comfy beds. The buffet breakfast (approx A$30) was excellent. It's only about 5-10 minutes via shuttle bus to Terminal 2.

This was undoubtedly the tidiest and cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. I had a nice, comfortable room that was only about 10 minutes by free hotel shuttle from the ICN airport. The staff was very professional. If I need to stay overnight again by the airport and there's nothing available at the transit airport at ICN, this is where I'm staying.
